REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Terms

OrbitalCoreLabs operates a milestone-based payment system. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the project phase at the time of cancellation request.

2. Pre-Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, OrbitalCoreLabs will issue a full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days.

3. Mid-Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, OrbitalCoreLabs will retain payment for all completed milestones. Any advance payment for unstarted milestones will be refunded within 14 business days. The client will receive all work product completed up to the cancellation date.

4. Completed Project

Once a project has been delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable. OrbitalCoreLabs provides a 30-day post-delivery support period to address any issues related to the original project scope.

5. Subscription and Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services (including Website Maintenance & Optimization packages) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Dispute Resolution

Refund disputes should be directed to [email protected]. OrbitalCoreLabs commits to responding to all refund inquiries within 5 business days and resolving disputes within 30 days.

SECTION_04

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by OrbitalCoreLabs (Calle Algaba 19 A, Planta Baja C, Madrid, Spain), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

OrbitalCoreLabs provides web design, development, SEO, analytics, and related digital services as described on our website. The specific scope of each project is defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal accepted by the client.

3. Project Execution

  • Projects proceed according to agreed milestones and timelines defined in the SOW.
  • Client feedback and approvals are required at designated milestone checkpoints.
  • Delays in client feedback may extend project timelines proportionally.
  • OrbitalCoreLabs reserves the right to pause work if milestone payments are overdue by more than 14 days.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are defined in each project SOW.
  • All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue date.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge after a 7-day grace period.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom design work, code, and content created specifically for their project. OrbitalCoreLabs retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship for a period of 24 months.

7. Limitation of Liability

OrbitalCoreLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Force Majeure

OrbitalCoreLabs shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date, and OrbitalCoreLabs will deliver all completed work product within 7 business days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

11. Changes to Terms

OrbitalCoreLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
